This notice describes how the current public website and invited workspace handle information at a practical level. It is not a substitute for the final counsel-reviewed privacy policy required before broader public launch.
Information submitted on this website
A sales inquiry can include your name, work email, company, selected inquiry type, current team size, sales setup, primary challenge, optional context, user-agent metadata, and a hashed request-address identifier used for abuse controls.
Do not submit passwords, provider credentials, personal customer data, or other sensitive information through the public form.
An inquiry expresses interest in a conversation only. It does not establish design-partner acceptance, an engagement, a provider connection, or permission to begin sales activity.
Invited workspace information
If your organization is invited to the workspace, it can store records your authorized users enter or create, including company and lead context, tasks, meetings, messages, pipeline activity, approvals, audit evidence, and the metadata needed to operate those features.
Role and company boundaries control application access. Provider-dependent behavior remains subject to separate configuration, authorization, readiness, and safety controls.
How information is used
- Review and respond to sales inquiries.
- Provide and secure an invited workspace.
- Maintain audit, reliability, rate-limit, and abuse-prevention evidence.
- Operate explicitly configured provider-dependent workflows when authorized.
We do not sell contact-form or workspace data.
Contact-request retention
Contact submissions are retained for 180 days before personal fields are nulled and are hard-deleted after 365 days. Operational, contractual, legal, or security records inside an invited workspace may follow different documented requirements.
Service boundaries
The public contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Other providers are not activated merely because they appear in product descriptions; configured provider use requires the applicable authorization and readiness controls.
The current public website does not load a marketing-analytics system. If that changes, this notice and any required consent behavior must be updated before activation.
