These interim terms describe current website use, invitation-only design-partner discussions, invited workspace access, and acceptable-use boundaries. Final counsel-reviewed terms are required before broader public launch or commercial reliance.
Invitation-only design-partner and workspace access
Design-partner discussions and the aSalesPartner workspace are currently invitation-only. A sales inquiry does not confirm design-partner acceptance, create an account, schedule a meeting, reserve capacity, establish a price, approve a launch, or activate any third-party provider.
Invited access may be limited by organization, role, company context, workflow, feature controls, and provider readiness. Access can be suspended when needed to protect the service, its users, or data.
Authorized use
You may use an invited workspace only for the organization and role you are authorized to represent. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, inspect another company’s information, interfere with safety controls, or access credentials and server-only systems.
Outbound and provider-dependent activity
Any outbound activity must comply with the laws and rules applicable to the sender, recipient, message, jurisdiction, and selected provider, including opt-out and suppression requirements. You are responsible for the legitimacy and accuracy of information you supply.
Provider-dependent actions remain subject to explicit connection, permission, review, readiness, and safety controls. A visible workspace capability is not authorization to send, call, enrich, synchronize, or otherwise use a provider.
Outcome language
Any engagement must define its own held, qualified, accepted, and progressed criteria before activity begins. Activity, a booked meeting, a delivered handoff, and revenue are different events. Website descriptions do not establish a minimum volume, acceptance rate, progression rate, close rate, or revenue result.
Workspace limitations
The invited workspace is under active evaluation. Features can be incomplete, disabled, changed, or unavailable. Application descriptions and visible controls are not guarantees of uninterrupted availability or business results.
No invented commitments
This website does not offer a public plan, trial, discount, checkout, service-level commitment, performance guarantee, certification, provider connection, customer proof, or design-partner acceptance. Separate written agreements, if any, control the commercial relationship.
